• Semi annual membership report forms are mailed to Club Presidents
• Talk Up Toastmasters Campaign
• Proxy certificates are mailed to Club Presidents for voting at Annual Business Meeting held during the International convention
• Toastmasters Awareness month
• Membership recruitment and building new clubs
• Monitor educational goals – ATM
• Area level Table Topics and International Speech Contests
• March 20th, 2008– Sent semi annual dues to WHQ
Things that are due:
31st March 2009
• Deadline for submission of Club Officer Training reports to TI
• Deadline for submission of Club Visit Report by Area Govs.
• Promote “Talk Up Toastmasters” clubs and membership building
• completed semiannual membership reports and dues to reach World Headquarters by 5pm Pacific Time 1st April 2009
